Late payment of the final invoice may result in a delay in the final handover of website files.
The Client retains ownership of all content (text, images, logos) provided to SkillJets. The Client warrants that they have the right to use all provided content and indemnifies SkillJets against any claims arising from third-party intellectual property disputes.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the completed website files (HTML, CSS, PHP, images, etc.). SkillJets retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Some projects may use licensed third-party fonts, icon sets, or stock imagery. SkillJets will inform the Client of any assets that require a separate license. The Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining such licenses where required.
SkillJets agrees to keep all Client project details, business information, and communications confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without the Client's consent, except where required by law.
Unless explicitly included in the agreed package, domain registration and web hosting are the Client's responsibility. SkillJets can assist in setting up the website on the Client's chosen hosting environment. We are not responsible for hosting-related downtime, security issues, or data loss on third-party servers.
SkillJets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any website we deliver. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
